Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, along with ten of Landry’s, Inc. Signature Group’s executive chefs, will create the ultimate Finale Dinner on Saturday, August 13 at 7 p.m. in celebration of the Annual Houston Chef Series, dubbed “Coast to Coast”.
Hosted in Vic & Anthony’s ballroom, the exclusive dinner kicks off with hand-crafted cocktails and passed appetizers inspired by the many cuisines around the globe. The reception will be followed by an extraordinary menu of eleven courses prepared by the executive chefs from Brenner's Steakhouse, Willie G's Post Oak, King Ranch, La Griglia, Del Frisco's, Oceanaire, Grotto, Grotto Downtown, Morton's, Brenner's on the Bayou, The Palm and McCormick & Schmick's.
Each course will be expertly paired with cocktail or wine.
